What were you doing before joying GraySquare?
I’m new to Philly. I recently moved over from Long Island, NY. Back in NY, I was working as a cook for a Italian catering place and I also did some photography for school portraits and senior graduations. Unfortunately due to the virus, my job stability had a turndown.

What brought you to GraySquare?
Once I walked through the doors I noticed the professionalism and determination in my team. I chose GraySquare because it showed me that I have the opportunity to learn new skills to move forward other positions and grow within the company. My last three weeks here have been an incredible experience. My whole team truly wants me to grow and succeed.

What do you like about your job?
What makes my role significant to me is that I have challenges. Also and most importantly that I can help others to grow and believe in themselves.

Goals for 2021?
For this year I have many goals and hopes, one of them is to work towards my self development and growth. Also to grow a strong motivated team and develop great leaders. And of course, get to know more of this historic and full of talented individuals city, which I get to love more and more each day.

Fun fact about me?
Since I was a teen, I always dreamed of being a cellist. If I could change my career in the blink of an eye, I will definitely choose to be a well known worldwide Dominican cellist.

Favorite quote?
“You don’t have to be perfect, but you do have to be 100% committed” by AOC. I believe that everything we put our work into will bring us results. I’m more focus on being fruitful then just busy. I like to take risks in life, and discover new things. If is for self improvement is for me.
